Description : This scholarship scheme invites applications from students with more than 40% disability who are studying at the post-matric level from class 11 to postgraduation. The key objective of the scholarship is to support the students with disabilities for their studies in class 11 to postgraduation and prepare them to earn their livelihood and find a dignified place for themselves in the society by providing Fee reimbursement of upto ₹150000 and scholarship allowances upto ₹24500Eligibility : An applicant must - 1. Have more than 40% disability (certified by competent medical authority of the state government or UTs). 2. Be studying in class 11 to postgraduation level from a recognized Board of Secondary Education or University. 3. Have an annual family income of less than ₹250000 from all sources. 4. Must not be receiving benefits under any other schemes/scholarship/stipend. * Students who are pursuing their studies through correspondence/distance learning are also eligible to apply for the scholarship. * not more than 2 disabled children of same parent are eligibleProcess : 1. Applicant have to apply for the scheme through the National scholarship Portal. The link given below : https://scholarships.gov.in/ 2. After opening the link, the applicant must register. 3. It is mandatory to provide information about AADHAR and Bank Account. 4. Once the login ID and password are generated, fill the application form. 5. Applicant will then be shown the schemes for which he/she is eligible. 6. After a scheme is selected, upload the required documents and submit the final application form. Note: 1. Application open in July to November 2. 50% of the seats will be reserved for girls. 3. Scholarship will not be given to more than two students from a family. 4.
