Description : Under this scheme, a monthly pension of Rs.3,000 will be provided to all eligible small and marginal farmers. Farmers between 18 and 40 years of age are eligible to join the scheme upon payment of monthly contribution between Rs.55 to Rs.200.Eligibility : 1. Nature of Job as Farmer 2. Age between18 & 40 years 3. Landholding of less than 2 hectares/4.94 acres and whose names appear in the land records of States/UTs 4. Type of job should not be Government 5. Monthly income should not exceed Rs.15,000Process : Process 1 : CSC

1. One can approach CSC and present their Aadhaar number and savings bank account number along with IFSC code 2.The VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) will initiate the online registration by filling up basic details of applicant and nominee 3.Beneficiary will have to pay first subscription amount in cash to the VLE
2. Enrollment cum Auto Debit mandate form will be printed and then signed by the beneficiary. VLE will scan the same and upload it into the system 5.A unique Kisan Pension Account Number (KPAN) will be generated and Kisan Card will be printed and shared with the beneficiary

Process 2: Self enrolment 1.Applicant can self enroll through given link : https://maandhan.in/auth/login 2.Fill in online application and download it with a unique ID 3. This form has to be signed by applicant physically in order to permit auto debit 4. Upload the scanned copy of signed form in an hour on the portal 5. Subscriber has to pay first installment through online payment service options 6. The bank then deducts the first installment from one’s bank and sends SMS along with e-cardBenefit : ₹3,000 per month pension from 60 years age
