Description : This card allots a Unique Identification Number to each citizen in the country. It is a Unique Identity Proof for a citizen of India.Eligibility : 1. Should be an Indian citizen. 2. Should not have Aadhar Card.Process : Offline process:

1. Visit your nearest authorized Aadhaar enrollment center and register yourself for Aadhaar. List of Centers can be obtained from https://appointments.uidai.gov.in/easearch.aspx
2. You will be allotted a specific date and time for the further process.
3. Be present with the required documents to the Aadhaar centre on a given appointment. List of documents accepted as proof of identity and proof of address can be found at https://uidai.gov.in/images/commdoc/valid_documents_list.pdf
4. You will have to fill the enrollment form. Which is available at the Centers or can be dowloaded from https://uidai.gov.in/images/aadhaar_enrolment_correction_form_version_2.1.pdf
5. Your photo, fingerprints and iris scans will be taken as part of the enrollment process.
6. You will get an acknowledgment slip with an enrolment number and other details captured during enrolment. Any correction in the enrolment data can be done within 96 hours of enrolment by visiting the enrolment centre with the acknowledgement slip.

2. Fill the form and provide your name, email id and phone number. You can select your nearest Aadhaar centre.
3. You will receive a date and time for your appointment.
4. Be present on your appointment date, where you fill the form and your photo, fingerprints and iris scans are collected. *The card will be posted on your address.Benefit :
