Description : The scheme provides ₹ 800 to ₹1200 as pension to those with disability.Eligibility : 1. Should be a resident of Karnataka. 2. The applicant should be living Below Poverty Line. 3. The applicant should be a Person with Disability (PwD). 4. The age of applicant should be between 18 to 59 years. 5. Percentage of Disability should be >=45%Process : 1. In rural areas, the applicant should approach their Village Accountant with the required documents and submit them alongside the scheme-specific application form duly filled. 2. In urban areas, the applicant should apply with the respective ULBs with duly filled application form and necessary documents. A Verification Officer or Verification Team under an authorized officer verifies the applications with reference to facts related to eligibility will make the necessary recommendation for sanction or rejection with reasons. The Pension amount is directly paid to the beneficiaries through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) process to their post office or bank account.Benefit : ₹ 800 to ₹1200 pension per month
