Scheme Description Financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh will be provided to farmers maintaining a Seed Bank who collects and preserves the traditional varieties of paddy with ethnic purity.

Subsidy Financial Assistance of Rs. 3 lakh per Seed Bank

Eligibility Farmers of all districts except Chennai and Nilgiris. At least 100 traditional varieties of Paddy to be maintained in the seed bank.
