Description : The scheme aims at recognizing and promoting studies at the level of post-graduate degree or diploma in any discipline among students with disabilities by providing full one-time financial support. Eligibility :

1. A candidate must be pursuing graduate/ post-graduate/ diploma level programmes from notified institutes of excellence in education.
2. The annual family income of the applicant from all sources must not exceed ₹800000
3. The disability percentage of the candidate must be more than 40 % and he/she must have a valid certificate for that.

• No scholarship for part-time courses
• Candidate must not be receiving any other scholarship under any other scheme of Govt of India
• Not more than 2 disabled children of same parents will be eligible Process :

1. Applicant have to apply for the scheme through the National scholarship Portal. Use The link given below : https://scholarships.gov.in/
2. After opening the link, the applicant must register.
3. It is mandatory to provide information about AADHAR and Bank Account.
4. Once the login ID and password are generated, fill the application form.
5. Applicant will then be shown the schemes for which he/she is eligible.
6. After a scheme is selected, upload the required documents and submit the final application form.

Note:

1. Application open in July to November
2. 50% of the seats will be reserved for girls.
3. Scholarship will not be given to more than two students from a family.
4. The benefit under the scheme is eligible only if the percentage of disability is greater than 40% as per medical certificate.Benefit : Fee reimbursement of upto ₹200000 per year as well as scholarship allowance
